Our customers are at the heart of all our business processes, products, and new developments. Our goal is to build a stable, long-term successful company through consistently high quality, and to secure and expand our market share. The SAM brand should be synonymous with quality, reliability, and trust for our customers, suppliers, and employees. In all of this, we are guided by the latest advancements in technology and science, while adhering to relevant guidelines, laws, and standards.
To this end, we conduct an annual context analysis to assess the internal and external environment, as well as the resulting opportunities and risks.

Our quality principles are therefore as follows:

In order to provide our customers with a consistent standard of quality and to meet the requirements of our stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and employees), our entire company has committed to a quality management system that complies with all applicable laws and requirements and meets at least the standards of DIN ISO EN 9001:2015.

The principle of continuous improvement is actively promoted by management and supported by the provision of the necessary resources, materials, and information. All requirements placed on us as a company and on our products by interested parties are reviewed annually during the management review to ensure they remain current. Management bears primary responsibility for the quality management system.

To maintain and further develop the QMS, management has appointed a Quality Management Representative (QMR).
